Craig M. Hammond holds a M.Arch.I Master of Architecture degree from Cal Poly Pomona and a Business degree from Walla Walla University. Craig is the Principal of Hammond Habitat Design Studio and established the firm in 2008.

Craig Hammond also is faculty at Santa Monica College and teaches Architectural History and Computer Applications. Craig has been full time faculty at Santa Monica College since 2000. In addition to teaching, Craig is a member of the Sustainability Team at Santa Monica College, and sits on the DPAC Facilities Committee.

At Hammond Habitat Craig focuses on projects of all sizes with a large emphasis on sustainable design. In addition, he spends his time writing and researching sustainable architecture.

Hammond Habitat Design Studio is a Los Angeles based design firm located in Southern CA. Hammond Habitat focuses on projects with an emphasis in sustainability and sensible design in residential, residential remodel, commercial, educational facilities, and government projects.
